After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mala FC! After a defensive mix-up in Mala FC's zone, Rogerio Arcos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laerte da Mata came out of the goal and Rogerio Arcos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laerte da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Macías, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Joélson Terra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Renedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Rogerio Arcos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laerte da Mata came out and tried to block the shot, but Rogerio Arcos slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. After 26 minutes of play, Azul Y Plomo's Elvis Bajo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laerte da Mata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alex Macías was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Azul Y Plomo's zone, Joélson Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Renedo came out of the goal and Joélson Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mala FC's Laerte da Mata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mala FC from getting a goal against them. Elvis Bajo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Laerte da Mata skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodriguinho Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvis Bajo in the 55th minute of play forced Mala FC's goalkeeper Laerte da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Mala FC defense, Alex Macías kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laerte da Mata. The Mala FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laerte da Mata should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Mala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogerio Arcos came free, but Laerte da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mala FC's Rodriguinho Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laerte da Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvis Bajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mala FC booed when Azul Y Plomo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Macías didn't get a good kick on the ball. Azul Y Plomo made a substitution. Hidalgo Alais replaced Tyrone Alcaraz. After a rather tough play, Azul Y Plomo's Alex Macías got a free kick in the 67th minute. Mala FC's Laerte da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvis Bajo in the 70th minute of play. Martinez Pelaci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Laerte da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mala FC's Luciano Negri got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joélson Terra got free with Camilo Renedo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Navarro Cantillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azul Y Plomo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mala FC the free kick. Joélson Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Elvis Bajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte da Mata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvis Bajo's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Laerte da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogerio Arcos, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Samuel Dante hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Azul Y Plomo were the better team. Azul Y Plomo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
