Ronaldão Souza made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Achille Giannantonio sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adhemar da Silveira in the 8th minute of play forced Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Fausto Galliani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Adhemar da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adhemar da Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Arturo Balestra took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ronaldão Souza to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hílton Abraão hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Adhemar da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Galliani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adhemar da Silveira in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Galliani saved Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC from getting behind. Adhemar da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fausto Galliani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Ronaldão Souza threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Campo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 38 played minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Renato Goiano. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Alfredo Campo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ronaldão Souza but with some difficulty. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Adhemar da Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adhemar da Silveira made a kick off. Adhemar da Silveira hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Camillo Di Crescenzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldão Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 56th minute, Adhemar da Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Galliani. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 59 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Corvasce. 69 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Arturo Balestra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldão Souza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Adhemar da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Abraão came free, but Fausto Galliani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Adhemar da Silveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Galliani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Souto to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Alfredo Campo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Hílton Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldão Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Giannantonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Adhemar da Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Fausto Galliani made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
