With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evren Yezid in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Noce saved The Nerd Herd from getting behind. Cafer Demirsah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Xi Le in the 14th minute. Enzo Noce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ergün Altunç in the 19th minute of play. Enzo Noce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Maju in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Nerd Herd's Pierre Kalu got a free kick in the 28th minute. Prudencio Maju hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Lu Xi Le had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cafer Demirsah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lu Xi Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Maju came free, but Enzo Noce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Xi Le in the 35th minute of play forced Jonathan Livingston's goalkeeper Cafer Demirsah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Banas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafer Demirsah having to interfere. In the 40th minute Prudencio Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Noce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Maju, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marian Banas to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lu Xi Le in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cafer Demirsah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 52nd minute Ergün Altunç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evren Yezid in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enzo Noce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ergün Altunç in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Noce saved The Nerd Herd from getting behind. The corner led Jonathan Livingston's Zbyszek Polakowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Enzo Noce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Lu Xi Le left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Nerd Herd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The Nerd Herd's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Odysseas Lagidis in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Lu Xi Le almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jonathan Livingston's Cafer Demirsah did a great save. Enzo Noce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ergün Altunç, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute Prudencio Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
