The supporters of La Maquina 9-12-18 booed when Machine Gun Kelly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Bazkoare in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Arturo Umbruso got a free kick in the 31st minute. Machine Gun Kelly's Domingos Peter was substituted for Cipriano Olivar. Ramiro Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Bazkoare in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Machine Gun Kelly's zone, Wilfredo Francho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Gagriel came out of the goal and Wilfredo Francho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Peter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Clis having to make a save. Wilfredo Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 42 minutes, Domingos Peter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Machine Gun Kelly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Peter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Arturo Umbruso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Arturo Umbruso got a free kick in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiberto Bero was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Arturo Umbruso got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Arturo Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ramiro Gagriel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Clis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gregorio Carlomagno charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Bero in the 98th minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Ramiro Gagriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Maquina 9-12-18 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
