After a rather tough play, Khachatryan's Ara Arakelyan got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 10thth minute of the game Kurtis Wooten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Romeo Iovanovici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Kurtis Wooten lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Romeo Iovanovici. A well-hit corner resulted in Jarvis Cormier heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 21st minute Grigor Grigoryan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Iovanovici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigor Grigoryan in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romeo Iovanovici, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, DINAMO's Romeo Iovanovici got control of the ball when Jarvis Cormier tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes, Anton Florei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Khachatryan and the DINAMO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ara Arakelyan hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigor Grigoryan got free with Romeo Iovanovici in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Khachatryan were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after DINAMO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grigor Grigoryan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Grigor Grigoryan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romeo Iovanovici quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Basarab Zburliş kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ara Arakelyan in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The wind increased when Grigor Grigoryan made the kick off in the second half. Romeo Iovanovici was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romeo Iovanovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigor Grigoryan in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Fința didn't get a good kick on the ball. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Iovanovici should have stopped the shot. Romeo Iovanovici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigor Grigoryan's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Grigor Grigoryan struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Romeo Iovanovici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Khachatryan. Remus Elisei kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dumitru Opincaru hit a great ball. Romeo Iovanovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigor Grigoryan in the 91st minute of play. Romeo Iovanovici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarvis Cormier, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Kurtis Wooten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Romeo Iovanovici was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Khachatryan fully deserved thier win.
