In the 28thth minute of the game Caetano Sarmento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute Adolf Reichgruber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Vlaicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
