Benne M'ghirbi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Henry Roos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Lopes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute of the match Joachim Mager shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toni Schumacher showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Henry Roos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Schumacher having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Henry Roos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher. Toni Schumacher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Toni Schumacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Roos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Verner Hägert hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Honung's Alfredo Piermattei got a free kick in the 44th minute. FC Bullen's Gustavo Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Henry Roos made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Richard Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne M'ghirbi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honung made a substitution. Simon Lertora replaced Henry Roos. Honung's Sten Wennersten was substituted for Juan Manuel Vargas. After 61 played minutes FC Bullen got a freekick which was hit by Roger Hellström. Toni Schumacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Lehoi in the 63rd minute of the match. Honung's Benne M'ghirbi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Pååk in the 64th minute of play. After 67 minutes Honung's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amador Merexildo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Bullen's corner Amador Merexildo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benne M'ghirbi quite easily take care of the ball. Simon Lertora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toni Schumacher having to make a save. If Simon Lertora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Bullen booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Philip Drake's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benne M'ghirbi was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Denílson Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Andy Beckman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benne M'ghirbi. Honung's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Beckman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Amador Merexildo's late challenge caught a Honung's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Merexildo helped the player get up and apologised. Amador Merexildo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Toni Schumacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Lertora in the 93rd minute of play. Simon Lertora received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toni Schumacher came out and tried to block the shot, but Simon Lertora slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 94th minute. The Honung players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Bullen from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
