In the 16th minute Serafino Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mounir Perry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Lv Xiao Zhi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Jimenez in the 60th minute of play. Mauro Joachim came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Roncourt's Lv Xiao Zhi. But to his dismay, Lv Xiao Zhi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Roncourt's Thibault Fuentes was substituted for Cleto Pomelov. After 69 minutes of play, Roncourt's Lv Xiao Zhi made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Joachim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 73 minutes, Aziz Jimenez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roncourt and the AFC CERBEROS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Roncourt got a freekick which was hit by Aziz Jimenez. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Jimenez in the 83rd minute of play. Lv Xiao Zhis short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Mauro Joachim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Roncourt supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Roncourt would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
