Danilo Maranhense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mämmädbağır Svensson made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Pettersson came free, but Roger Myles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcos Monsanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Maranhense in the 86th minute of play forced Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goalkeeper Mämmädbağır Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joakim Forss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Joakim Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Myles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Illinois Bluewaters's Sal Jarrell was substituted for Şeray Gürgen. In the 95th play minute Joakim Forss came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roger Myles. 0-3. Herman Lindholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 101st minute of the match, but Roger Myles made a huge save.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
