When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Dariusz Wos took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Aaron Glanselius to make any attempt to save it. SSC Ambrosini's Björn Hage managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Camillo Terrasi in the 33 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 38th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Nils Støle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Hage hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when SSC Ambrosini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lacy Ericsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Glanselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A.C. Patagonia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafael Nóbrega in the 61st minute. Ikars Zurpēvics took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Glanselius. Aaron Glanselius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 65th match minute, A.C. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Terrasi to maneuver through the defense. Nils Støle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Aaron Glanselius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Di Carlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
