The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Bernardo Gonsalve came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Deportivo Mandiyu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Gonsalve couldn't finish the play. Melchor Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Garoa in the 14th minute of the match. Enzo Emenon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Eate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Rodrigo Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Samuel Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Veto in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Enzo Emenon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melchor Eate. Club Sports Pergamino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Emenon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sports Pergamino's zone, Enzo Emenon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Eate came out of the goal and Enzo Emenon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melchor Eate didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. In the 44th minute, Arnoldo Janpier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Janpier made a kick off. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when Club Sports Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Abilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute Bernardo Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Enzo Emenon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Sports Pergamino's Melchor Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Club Sports Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Emenon came free, but Melchor Eate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Emenon in the 69th minute of play forced Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Melchor Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melchor Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Emenon in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Club Sports Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Igor Barto. Deportivo Mandiyu's Aquiles Bernard was substituted for Enzo Emenon. Deportivo Mandiyu's Arturo Veronica was substituted for Bernardo Gonsalve. After a rather tough play, Club Sports Pergamino's Igor Barto got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Bernard in the 75th minute of play forced Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Melchor Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Sports Pergamino's Melchor Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Janpier in the 76th minute of play. Aquiles Bernard took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Eate. Melchor Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Melchor Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Veronica in the 86th minute of play. Isidoro Veto kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Melchor Eate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Bernard went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Club Sports Pergamino's Melchor Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Bernard in the 92nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Aquiles Bernard put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Melchor Eate. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Deportivo Mandiyu's Aquiles Bernard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Deportivo Mandiyu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
