Santos Bartuelo scored 1-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Eufrasio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvoha FC's Rosendo Eufrasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 51st minute of play. The corner led Ruquense FC's Prudencio Marko to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Eufrasio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Romulo Gelacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Alvoha FC's zone, Silvano Bide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Eufrasio came out of the goal and Silvano Bide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Alvoha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Bartuelo came free, but Rosendo Eufrasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Fidel Hermelando's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Romulo Gelacio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 86 minutes of play, Alvoha FC's Fidel Hermelando made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romulo Gelacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvano Bide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Eufrasio having to interfere. If Santos Bartuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Alvoha FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ruquense FC side.
