Gabriel Lõugas started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Millares in the 3rd minute of play forced JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of JK Shefid booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fliz Marty didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, JK Shefid's goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Millares. Dan Rodin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, JK Shefid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Rodin to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, JK Shefid's Erik Väärtnõu got control of the ball when Rene Millares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aivo Jomm struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Hernan Neriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JK Shefid. A collision led to Borussia Dortmund getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Roi Seseña hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goal looked a bit too open when Aivo Jomm came free, but Hernan Neriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Millares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Erik Väärtnõu made a huge save. Erik Väärtnõu was a little too slow when Eli Alvarez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 38 played minutes Borussia Dortmund got a freekick which was hit by Javiero Menendez. Eduard Olumets took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hernan Neriz. Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rene Millares to make the kick off. Rene Millares succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. In the 61st minute Rene Millares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Väärtnõu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, JK Shefid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aivo Jomm to maneuver through the defense. Erik Väärtnõu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eli Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fliz Marty hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Hernan Neriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Lõugas in the 78th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Lõugas got free with Hernan Neriz in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Väärtnõu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Millares in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Millares in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erik Väärtnõu saved JK Shefid from getting behind. After a rather tough play, JK Shefid's Härmo Roovik got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Fliz Marty shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Väärtnõu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Borussia Dortmund support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
