Dum Dum Boys Athletics's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wypyszek the free kick. Tytus Orling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Trond Bjørheim made a huge save. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Dum Dum Boys Athletics from getting a goal against them. Artur Bînciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keno De Bruyne in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute Keno De Bruyne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Bînciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trond Bjørheim came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wypyszek's Aureliano Soto. But to his dismay, Aureliano Soto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 36th minute, Miroslaw Hetman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim didn't even have to move. After 40 minutes Dum Dum Boys Athletics's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miroslaw Hetman who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Doug Traoré got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Trond Bjørheim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Artur Bînciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niks Mus, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 44 minutes Dum Dum Boys Athletics's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miroslaw Hetman who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Shao Feng Qing almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Trond Bjørheim did a great save. In the 47th match minute, Dum Dum Boys Athletics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon-Inge Kvalvåg to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The supporters of FC Wypyszek booed when Dum Dum Boys Athletics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position.
