The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Igor Montes. Antonio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yin Wei Yi in the 7th minute of the match. Benedicto Ireno was a little too slow when Leonardo Pisculichi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Pisculichi came free, but Benedicto Ireno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yin Wei Yi in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Oto Javorčík hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Benedicto Ireno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Ahlroth. In the 22nd minute, Ψ virgen Ψ's Michael Ahlroth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 30th minute of the match, Leonardo Pisculichi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benedicto Ireno saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 32 minutes into the game, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Yin Wei Yi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Sengrat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Antonio Sengrat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yin Wei Yi's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yin Wei Yi in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Sengrat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pepillo Santandres made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Tadeo Rolado. Antonio Sengrat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Wei Yi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ulryk Fikus hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute of the match Celso Gar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedicto Ireno skillfully saved the ball. In the 54th match minute, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Rolado to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Ireno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Pisculichi in the 62nd minute of play. Antonio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Montes in the 68th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Yin Wei Yi took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Antonio Sengrat to make any attempt to save it. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ made a substitution. Fernando Seber replaced Pablo Innocenzio. 80 minutes into the match, Michael Ahlroth notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Benedicto Ireno. Benedicto Ireno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Montes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goalkeeper Antonio Sengrat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodosio Montes. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Ψ virgen Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Montes took the corner. The corner ended in Igor Montes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ψ virgen Ψ's Antonio Sengrat did a great save. Ψ virgen Ψ's Leonardo Pisculichi got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Ireno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Pisculichi in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Leonardo Pisculichi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ψ virgen Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Pisculichi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Ireno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
