With a little luck, KIA KAHA's Benne Cider got control of the ball when Olly Nethercot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Rushmere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. Benne Cider made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Olly Nethercot sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, KIA KAHA's Benne Beerman got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Olly Nethercot ran back to his position shaking his head. Benne Cider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Rushmere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, KIA KAHA's Kjell-Arne Olenberg got a free kick in the 46th minute. With a little luck, KIA KAHA's Benne Cider got control of the ball when Olly Nethercot tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig-Ove Kjellkvist made a kick off. Johnny Henriksson replaced Kjell-Arne Olenberg. Bobby Bear fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Rushmere came free, but Benne Cider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benne Cider didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to KIA KAHA getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Rasmus Vinström hit a great ball. Benne Cider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Rushmere in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Rushmere in the 95th minute of play forced KIA KAHA's goalkeeper Benne Cider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KIA KAHA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
