The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Paulo Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szilárd Újváry came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Armağan Mukremin could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Hamburg Fighters's zone, Uriel Imbach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal and Uriel Imbach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pavlos Konstantakakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Seco's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. A collision led to Flatline Zombies getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Xie Chuan Guang hit a great ball. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when Flatline Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xie Chuan Guang didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Szilárd Újváry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamburg Fighters's supporters rose to their feet, but Szilárd Újváry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armağan Mukremin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armağan Mukremin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Balla in the 32nd minute of the match. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Armağan Mukremin made a huge save. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Seco in the 37th minute of play. Flatline Zombies's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
