In the 14th match minute, Formentera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elberg Monte to maneuver through the defense. Formentera's Jonathan Joestar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Bati in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Hernan Chus hit a great ball. The corner led Formentera's Clemente Rodriguez to fire away a dangerous shot which Christopher Langford despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Izar Camaño put in a rough tackle. Izar Camaño kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Astor Etxahun was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Filomeno Bastiaro hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Tobia got free with Jonathan Joestar in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Langford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Etxahun, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A collision led to Couto Mixto F.C. getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Amadeo Serena hit a great ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Blas Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formentera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Estevez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christopher Langford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Estevez in the 86th minute of play. Gabri Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Jonathan Joestar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martín Tobias in the 90th minute.
