Okanalp Öksal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Txordon in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Loco De Remate's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Eleazar was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrialito AFC's players had a chance to rest. After 20 minutes, Rene Aires made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Barrialito AFC's Felix Frasco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Barrialito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Medero came free, but Felix Frasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Okanalp Öksal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The Loco De Remate supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Loco De Remate would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
