Spectators: 10300 (Terracing: 7725, Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Belgium's Mbaka Mbolu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manuel Campens came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Tony Pacheco. But to his dismay, Tony Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Manuel Campens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belgium's Manuel Campens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Pacheco in the 14th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Mbaka Mbolu took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Matthew Benjamin to make any attempt to save it. In the 22nd minute, Mbaka Mbolu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mbaka Mbolu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matthew Benjamin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Hemeleers in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Tony Pacheco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Manuel Campens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pacheco in the 35th minute of the match. With his leg Matthew Benjamin managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Belgium's Mbaka Mbolu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mbaka Mbolu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthew Benjamin having to make a save. Matthew Benjamin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mbaka Mbolu in the 38th minute of the match. When Derek Henderson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored USA's protests and gave Derek Henderson a yellow card for diving instead. 41 minutes into the game, one of USA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kerry Sellers to strike the kick off in the second half. Belgium's Manuel Campens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Mbaka Mbolu came free, but Matthew Benjamin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthew Benjamin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mbaka Mbolu in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Murphy in the 65th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mbaka Mbolu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthew Benjamin was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. USA made a substitution. Nathaniel Burnett replaced Kerry Sellers. USA made a substitution. William Kerns replaced Donald Caldwell. USA made a substitution. Claudio Marangoni replaced Caroll Baskin. The crowd rose to their feet as USA's Nathaniel Burnett slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manuel Campens. That made the score 3-3 after 84 minutes of play. Matthew Benjamin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mbaka Mbolu in the 90th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
