After 25 minutes Atlético Montserrat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dawid Beckham who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Thiago Silva almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke did a great save. When Konstanty Galagan fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Montserrat's protests and gave Konstanty Galagan a yellow card for diving instead. Konstanty Galagan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Aureliano Karlo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke. Jesus Luke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jesus Luke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 崔光笑 struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Roberto Eztebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Montserrat. An unexpectedly hard shot by 崔光笑 in the 45th minute of play forced Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 崔光笑 took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Eztebe. Roberto Eztebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Boruta to strike the kick off in the second half. Robert Boruta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Roberto Eztebe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesus Luke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute Aureliano Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Karlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Luke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Guido Txindoki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesus Luke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Segundo Vito was substituted for Guido Txindoki. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Julien Staffelbach was substituted for Aureliano Karlo.
