Aureliusz Trzaskoma charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tolek Jakisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Biavati in the 44th minute of the match. Aureliusz Trzaskoma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Eugenio Donati made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aureliusz Trzaskoma to strike the kick off in the second half. When Tolek Wallach came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Zakrzewo SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Wallach couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernard Piechocki during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Epifani. A collision led to Gladiator FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aurelio Epifani hit a great ball. Tolek Jakisz made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Bernardo Africano sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute Federico Lazzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Jakisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliusz Trzaskoma in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Donati saved Gladiator FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Lazzaro in the 93rd minute of play forced Zakrzewo SSA's goalkeeper Tolek Jakisz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Gladiator FC's Tolek Jakisz threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filippo Biavati, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tolek Jakisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Barone, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Gladiator FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gladiator FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
