That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Snorre Bredal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone. Gianluigi Buffone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FRANK's Hugo Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save FRANK from getting a goal against them. Kevin Longstaffe lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Astreix&ObelixSoccer! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deon Hudson in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Deon Hudson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Hugo Moraes made a huge save. Hugo Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Saladrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Rodney Braithwaite dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hugo Moraes, 2-2. After 41 played minutes Astreix&ObelixSoccer got a freekick which was hit by Rory Reading. Gianluigi Buffone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asmund Normann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half FRANK were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Asmund Normann made the kick off in the second half. Snorre Bredal charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Snorre Bredal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Asmund Normann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gianluigi Buffone came out and tried to block the shot, but Asmund Normann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 54th minute. Asmund Normann scored 2-6 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Buffone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th match minute, Astreix&ObelixSoccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance McGrath to maneuver through the defense. FRANK's Erling Vorland couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Astreix&ObelixSoccer. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Astreix&ObelixSoccer from getting a goal against them. In the 70th match minute, Astreix&ObelixSoccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance McGrath to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FRANK booed when Astreix&ObelixSoccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Saladrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Carl Helset. In the 75th minute of the match Fitz Pamplin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Moraes skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Snorre Bredal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fitz Pamplin fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astreix&ObelixSoccer's protests and gave Fitz Pamplin a yellow card for diving instead. Gianluigi Buffone acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carl Helset. Lu Fan Yang's late challenge caught a Astreix&ObelixSoccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lu Fan Yang helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FRANK! Deon Hudson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asmund Normann in the 90th minute of play. Gianluigi Buffone came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FRANK's Asmund Normann. But to his dismay, Asmund Normann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. In the 98th match minute, FRANK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Snorre Bredal to maneuver through the defense. The Astreix&ObelixSoccer supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FRANK's performance. The match ended with a win for FRANK.
