The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, Libertadores Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Montel Lavalle to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Libertadores Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Evelio Vaquero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. BES MUDI BANDITS's Corey Rhoades got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivon Notes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Einar Heiberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evelio Vaquero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barth Alchin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Evelio Vaquero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barth Alchin in the 21st minute. Einar Heiberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remicio Balda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as BES MUDI BANDITS's Corey Rhoades slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evelio Vaquero. That made the score 1-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 33rd minute, Edmonds Askew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Heiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivon Notes in the 34th minute of the match. Montel Lavalle made in the 36th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Remicio Balda. 37 minutes into the match, BES MUDI BANDITS's goal looked a bit too open when Garin Paderniga came free, but Einar Heiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Remicio Balda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Libertadores Fútbol Club's Evelio Vaquero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barth Alchin in the 42nd minute of play. Barth Alchin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evelio Vaquero came out and tried to block the shot, but Barth Alchin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Garin Paderniga was the one to do the kick off. Einar Heiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garin Paderniga, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Rufo Ruesga hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Einar Heiberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Garin Paderniga in the 71st minute. Ivon Notes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Heiberg having to interfere. BES MUDI BANDITS's Einar Heiberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save BES MUDI BANDITS from getting a goal against them. Evelio Vaquero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corey Rhoades in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remicio Balda in the 83rd minute of play forced BES MUDI BANDITS's goalkeeper Einar Heiberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Libertadores Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Corey Rhoades came free, but Evelio Vaquero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Libertadores Fútbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
