Ivan Patrido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Arne Åberg's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Ochoa in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Patrido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, XENEIXES FC's Arnoldo Balendin got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Ochoa in the 27th minute of play forced XENEIXES FC's goalkeeper Ivan Patrido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ke Xun got free with Ivan Patrido in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 minutes of play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Bengt-Arne Åberg made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Patrido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benigno Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Ke Xun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Patrido. Ke Xun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. XENEIXES FC made a substitution. Beto Carranza replaced Benigno Remir. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When XENEIXES FC's Reynaldo Estevon in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Bengt-Arne Åberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's zone, Ambrosio Eutropio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Gonzalez came out of the goal and Ambrosio Eutropio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo-Hernán Egoi was substituted for Bengt-Arne Åberg. 72 minutes into the match, Segundo Hanot notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of XENEIXES FC's Ivan Patrido. Ivan Patrido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka made a substitution. Leon Trotskiy replaced Iker Eneko. When Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Generoso Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Estevon in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Karel Kacharov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Reynaldo Estevon took a quick shot and it went in 8-1 without a chance for Generoso Gonzalez to make any attempt to save it. Leon Trotskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Saul Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. XENEIXES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of XENEIXES FC booed when Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Bieito didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka had played much better football throughout.
