After 2 played minutes AIK FOTBOLL got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Andersson. 3 minutes into the match, AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Andreasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesare Chizzo. Sven-Oskar Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Chizzo in the 6th minute of play. Fabio Cirelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Sundén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Chizzo in the 9th minute of play forced AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksander Stålman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Cirelli having to interfere. AC Roma's Fabio Cirelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Sundén in the 28th minute of play. If Stefan Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, AC Roma's Dave Paolini got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute, Dave Paolini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Biagio Di Federico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Sven-Oskar Andreasson made a huge save. After 45 minutes of play, AIK FOTBOLL's Sven Sundén made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Cirelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Sven Sundén made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 51st minute of the match Antonio Cerasoli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Oskar Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cosimo Maccarone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Andreasson having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, AC Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Sundén came free, but Fabio Cirelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes AIK FOTBOLL got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Andersson. Marcus Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Anthony Di Gregorio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Oskar Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Antonio Cerasoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Oskar Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Chizzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Antonio Cerasoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Cirelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Cosimo Maccarone notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of AIK FOTBOLL's Sven-Oskar Andreasson. Sven-Oskar Andreasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven Sundén took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Cirelli. Fabio Cirelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. AIK FOTBOLL played a much better game than AC Roma and deserved their victory. The AC Roma players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
