In the 4thth minute of the game Michel Morata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Innocenzio Alcalde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute Rudolfo Cediel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Morata in the 8th minute of play forced ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalkeeper Innocenzio Alcalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolfo Cediel to maneuver through the defense. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Innocenzio Alcalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Ibrahimovic in the 17th minute of play. Innocenzio Alcalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Morata in the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Michel Morata managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADM Taquaras's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Morata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Innocenzio Alcalde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Varela. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Innocenzio Alcalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Morata in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Nestor Fariña notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ADM Taquaras's Décio Marinho. Décio Marinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ booed when ADM Taquaras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Cannavaro didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rudolfo Cediel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the game Niguel Uriona made a throw-in which Mogel Gordo played forward. Michel Morata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Innocenzio Alcalde having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Morata in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Innocenzio Alcalde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rudolfo Cediel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Décio Marinho made a huge save. Niguel Uriona hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes of play, ADM Taquaras's Michel Morata made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Innocenzio Alcalde was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maurício Azevedo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Michel Cannavaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Fariña got free with Décio Marinho in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michel Morata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Innocenzio Alcalde having to interfere. When Michel Ibrahimovic came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ADM Taquaras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Ibrahimovic couldn't finish the play. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Innocenzio Alcalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Morata in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
