After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Gwidon Chowaniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Grodzka's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwidon Chowaniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Jeferson Couto came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the COURO COME FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeferson Couto couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Chowaniec in the 41st minute of the match. After some careless play in the COURO COME FC defense, Maksymilian Wolicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Batista. The COURO COME FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Batista should have stopped the shot. Oséas Medeiros hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Tolek Kolano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Batista having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolek Kolano made a kick off. Zdzislaw Walentowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bebeto Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Borys Penczkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
