Rito Vasquez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of MANIACOS booed when Lillbo BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Vallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rito Vasquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Lundberg in the 20th minute of play. Hector Carrizo charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Carrizo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Hector Carrizo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rito Vasquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Salqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abilio Rieta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Erland Vallin 32 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the game, MANIACOS's Abilio Rieta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erland Vallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 41st minute Abilio Rieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Vallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erland Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abilio Rieta in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Lillbo BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Målare to maneuver through the defense. After 48 played minutes, MANIACOS's Jerold Iturcha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erland Vallin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MANIACOS reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andreas Salqvist was the one to do the kick off. When Jerold Iturcha came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the MANIACOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerold Iturcha couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abilio Rieta in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Vallin saved Lillbo BK from getting behind. Erland Vallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abilio Rieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jan-Ove Gustavsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lillbo BK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Hans Carlsson hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Rune Målare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Andreas Salqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lillbo BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Salqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rito Vasquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 played minutes MANIACOS got a freekick which was hit by Vitoria Eradi. Erland Vallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abilio Rieta's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Rito Vasquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Salqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abilio Rieta struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Erland Vallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MANIACOS. MANIACOS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
