Kristjan Høgaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Astor Sobrido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Helsgaard in the 27th minute of the match. Xabat Lariz's late challenge caught a Skellerup FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xabat Lariz helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Xabat Lariz. If Harry Bergø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Giraldo Laiseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Tradsborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Nuno Berrondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CERRO PORTEÑO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skellerup FC the free kick. In the 40th minute, Nuno Berrondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kent Helsgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With his leg Astor Sobrido managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Skellerup FC's Kristjan Høgaard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlo Rujula in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marius Tradsborg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, CERRO PORTEÑO's Orlo Rujula got a free kick in the 79th minute. Astor Sobrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Bergø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Skellerup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Bergø didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claude Ebro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kenneth Panholm kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Orlo Rujula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Marius Tradsborg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Skellerup FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CERRO PORTEÑO.
