Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brendan Cardot kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, SILMONT's Gilles Patron seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gilles Patron the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SILMONT protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gilles Patron had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in SILMONT fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Charlie Baque, was totally fooled by GoalHunters's Nicu Aluculesei, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some careless play in the SILMONT defense, Felix Cândea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charlie Baque. The SILMONT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charlie Baque should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narcis Deleanu got free with Charlie Baque in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goalkeeper Charlie Baque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Nicoliță. In the 26th match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Just Albinet to maneuver through the defense. Maximilien Houillon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, SILMONT's Rayan Marx got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brendan Cardot to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of GoalHunters booed when SILMONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximilien Houillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charlie Baque was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Remus Alucusan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Remus Alucusan really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With a little luck, SILMONT's Charlie Baque got control of the ball when Romeo Nicoliță tried to sneak it across the goal line. Charlie Baque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Alucusan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jim Hautecœur fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SILMONT's protests and gave Jim Hautecœur a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
SILMONT's Charlie Baque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicu Aluculesei in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Narcis Deleanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GoalHunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Nicu Aluculesei came free, but Charlie Baque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Remus Alucusan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Baque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charlie Baque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Nicoliță in the 64th minute of play. Maximilien Houillon charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximilien Houillon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SILMONT's Maximilien Houillon got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Remus Alucusan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 minutes, Zinedine Blanchin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SILMONT and the GoalHunters players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SILMONT getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zinedine Blanchin hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, GoalHunters's Nicu Aluculesei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charlie Baque came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GoalHunters reached it. After 75 played minutes GoalHunters got a freekick which was hit by Remus Alucusan. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Nicoliță in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlie Baque saved SILMONT from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, Remus Alucusan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charlie Baque. SILMONT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remus Alucusan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Romeo Nicoliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charlie Baque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Nicoliță in the 95th minute of play.
