Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dadá da Costa started the match with the kick off. Premier FC's Vítor Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Leite in the 9th minute of play. Gilmar Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Teresópolis F.C's José Carlos Bittencourt got a free kick in the 12th minute. Teresópolis F.C's Mané de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Teresópolis F.C from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Lucas Bueno got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Wilton Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Premier FC booed when Teresópolis F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match Luís Eduardo Capixaba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mané de Godoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Teresópolis F.C's Vicente Vinhas got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 30th minute, Vicente Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Premier FC's Luís Eduardo Capixaba tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Christian Leite hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes, Premier FC's Luís Eduardo Capixaba shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mané de Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Premier FC reached it. 36 minutes into the match, Joel Britto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Teresópolis F.C's Mané de Godoi. Mané de Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmundo Ceresso's late challenge caught a Teresópolis F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Ceresso helped the player get up and apologised. Edmundo Ceresso hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Dadá da Costa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mané de Godoi firmly grabbed it by the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilmar Britto to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Teresópolis F.C's zone, Joel Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané de Godoi came out of the goal and Joel Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Leite in the 55th minute. Christian Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Amaral having to interfere. Wilton Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Vítor Amaral made a huge save. Teresópolis F.C's Mané de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Britto in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, José Carlos Bittencourt sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Premier FC's Vítor Amaral didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Dadá da Costa got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Luís Eduardo Capixaba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mané de Godoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alexandre Matos took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mané de Godoi. Mané de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gilmar Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Premier FC had won after a very even match.
