To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Anga FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Clodoveo Olo hit a great ball. Venancio Isidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Hector Cordarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mathias Guimarães, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Anga FC's Enzo Pitin got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Anier Rio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Arrozal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Cordarin came free, but Mathias Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Rio in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mathias Guimarães, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mathias Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Pitin in the 39th minute of play. Hector Cordarin hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Rio was the one to do the kick off. Anier Rio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mathias Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Claudio Mogel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, Arrozal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Vargas to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Anier Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Enzo Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Cordarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Mathias Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
