Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albano Cambranes got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Damian Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karel Fic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes, Maximo Lico made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. AFC Cherries's Karel Fic tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximo Lico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Karel Fic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, Monte Hermoso Beach's Julio Lluciano made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karel Fic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karel Fic came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Hermoso Beach's Damian Napier. But to his dismay, Damian Napier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Karel Fic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 24 minutes, Victor Cordeara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Hermoso Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Cordeara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Maximo Lico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monte Hermoso Beach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Cherries's zone, Albano Cambranes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karel Fic came out of the goal and Albano Cambranes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karel Fic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the AFC Cherries defense, Albano Cambranes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karel Fic. The AFC Cherries fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karel Fic should have stopped the shot. Karel Fic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Lico in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Cherries's zone, Albano Cambranes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karel Fic came out of the goal and Albano Cambranes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Lico scored 0-6 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karel Fic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Lico in the 42nd minute of play forced AFC Cherries's goalkeeper Karel Fic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Oscar Artal put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Jonatan Enekoitz, was totally fooled by AFC Cherries's Mirek Pyszko, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Monte Hermoso Beach's Gregorio Bastian was substituted for Albano Cambranes.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and František Jakubec made a kick off. Markus Jordán's late challenge caught a Monte Hermoso Beach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Markus Jordán helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes AFC Cherries got a freekick which was hit by Markus Jordán. Karel Fic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Lico in the 56th minute of the match. Julio Lluciano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Karel Fic skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, AFC Cherries's Markus Jordán got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Cherries's zone, Nicolas Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karel Fic came out of the goal and Nicolas Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 played minutes AFC Cherries got a freekick which was hit by Markus Jordán. 1-7 became the score in the 73rd minute when Gregorio Bastian elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when AFC Cherries was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Kotouč didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Bixintxo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. František Jakubec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Enekoitz having to interfere. Karel Fic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Bastian in the 86th minute of play. Gregorio Bastian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Karel Fic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Monte Hermoso Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Lico to maneuver through the defense. AFC Cherries's Karel Fic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Bixintxo in the 93rd minute of play. Julio Lluciano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Karel Fic skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Marco Bixintxo came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Monte Hermoso Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Bixintxo couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Monte Hermoso Beach left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFC Cherries.
