After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Adrianinho de Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrianinho de Salles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. If Vlastislav Holcman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlastislav Holcman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cacá Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bludovice manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ to win.
