An unexpectedly hard shot by Gábor Sárosi in the 6th minute of play forced Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Zacarias Ascencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Sanchez came free, but Kristóf Balázs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zakariás Somogyi in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Niva came free, but Kristóf Balázs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Celta de Virgos's Jayden Beaverley got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ruben Gomez scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristóf Balázs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute Ruben Gomez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristóf Balázs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Újlõrincfalva LC's Kristóf Balázs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Gomez in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Újlõrincfalva LC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Endre Simon hit a great ball. Kristóf Balázs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Aynacıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Niva came free, but Kristóf Balázs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Endre Simon during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After the first half Celta de Virgos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zakariás Somogyi made a kick off. Benny Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Kristóf Balázs made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Zalán Mónos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celta de Virgos's Leonides Corderro was substituted for Orlondón Lagos. Celta de Virgos's David Astudillo was substituted for Benny Niva. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Astudillo got free with Kristóf Balázs in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celta de Virgos's David Astudillo got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zakariás Somogyi in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Zakariás Somogyi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Ascencio. Celta de Virgos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zakariás Somogyi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Astudillo got free with Kristóf Balázs in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If David Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristóf Balázs made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when David Astudillo sent off a good shot on target. Ákos Sándor kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With his leg Kristóf Balázs managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Celta de Virgos's David Astudillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Újlõrincfalva LC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when David Astudillo scored to the left of an out of position Kristóf Balázs, making the score, 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Celta de Virgos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Újlõrincfalva LC.
