The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alex Zádori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Skog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 7th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Levente Pucheli came free, but Erik Skog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gedeon Fenyves to maneuver through the defense. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato de Salles in the 16th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Garphyttan's Vendel Sass threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Viktor Albäck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 20 minutes into the match, Alex Zádori had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Skog. Garphyttan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Zádori was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Garphyttan's George Öfverman got a free kick in the 25th minute. Garphyttan's Erik Skog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Zádori in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Levente Pucheli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Skog was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Rähim Sterling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vendel Sass read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Erik Skog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Zádori, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Alex Zádori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Skog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute Viktor Albäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vendel Sass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rähim Sterling was the one to do the kick off. Vendel Sass came out of the goal and Algot Ahlfors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vendel Sass showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato de Salles in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Ahlfors in the 82nd minute of play forced Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's goalkeeper Vendel Sass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Gedeon Fenyves came free, but Erik Skog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Garphyttan booed when Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gedeon Fenyves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Levente Pucheli got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Algot Ahlfors ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vendel Sass was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Vendel Sass didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rähim Sterling went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Garphyttan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
