Emiliano Capobianco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Armando Pasquarelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apocalypto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ogro F.C. the free kick. After 72 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Armando Pasquarelli. Eugenio Schirru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Chao Ke in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Dan Zimmermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Schirru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera was substituted for Gong Chao Ke. Emiliano Capobianco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Alysson Rezende made a huge save. In the 85th minute Igor Cavalera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Schirru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Schirru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Cavalera's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Apocalypto defense, Igor Cavalera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Schirru. The Apocalypto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Schirru should have stopped the shot. Apocalypto's Eugenio Schirru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Zimmermann in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Ogro F.C.'s Nicko McBrain made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Schirru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugenio Schirru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Cavalera went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ogro F.C. fully deserved thier win.
