Pierre Dole didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the La Scaloneta defense, Avram Barascu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ewan Davin. The La Scaloneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ewan Davin should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the game, Amaury Duteil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Scaloneta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balavanis the free kick. In the 16th minute, Amaury Duteil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ewan Davin was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Grigore Şoiman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grigore Şoiman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Avram Barascu took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ewan Davin. Ewan Davin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Codrin Donciu put in a rough tackle. 30 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Grigore Şoiman came free, but Ewan Davin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ewan Davin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigore Şoiman's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Balavanis got a corner. La Scaloneta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionică Cucu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Avram Barascu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin did a great save. Ewan Davin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Văidianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ionuț Agusoaei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moussa Queffelec, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute of the match, Grigore Şoiman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ewan Davin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ewan Davin came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Balavanis's Valer Văidianu. But to his dismay, Valer Văidianu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Valer Văidianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ewan Davin having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grigore Şoiman was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Mihnea Gorgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ewan Davin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Văidianu in the 57th minute of the match. Ionuț Agusoaei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madjid Pauly, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ewan Davin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grigore Şoiman went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Ionuț Agusoaei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Dole in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute Valer Văidianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ewan Davin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, La Scaloneta's Ionuț Agusoaei threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Madjid Pauly, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Balavanis's Valer Văidianu in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Scaloneta's goalie prevented a goal. After 76 minutes, Valer Văidianu made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Balavanis had played much better football throughout.
