Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) German Lia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goalkeeper Pegoraro Da Messina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Baumar. With a little luck, Palmeiras's Pegoraro Da Messina got control of the ball when Baltasar Baumar tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Lia in the 5th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Pegoraro Da Messina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Lia in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pegoraro Da Messina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guido Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Carlos Simões in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Aurken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Baltasar Baumar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 20 minutes into the game, Cristian Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ the free kick. The supporters of ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ booed when Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Diagur hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when German Lia came free, but Pegoraro Da Messina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Baumar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pegoraro Da Messina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Baltasar Baumar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Pegoraro Da Messina made a huge save. In the 38th minute ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ were awarded a corner. Serafino Natal went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Francisco Diagur got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pegoraro Da Messina quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Palmeiras's Pegoraro Da Messina got control of the ball when Baltasar Baumar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guido Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Palmeiras got a corner. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomé Bittencourt ran over to the corner to take the kick. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Exequiel Zeballos was substituted for Claudio Echeverri. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ made a substitution. Enzo Abad replaced Baltasar Baumar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cláudio Donatello to strike the kick off in the second half. German Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Donatello who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Guido Aurken when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Palmeiras's Pegoraro Da Messina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Exequiel Zeballos in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Abad in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pegoraro Da Messina saved Palmeiras from getting behind. Pegoraro Da Messina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Lia in the 79th minute of the match. Pegoraro Da Messina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Abad's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Enzo Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pegoraro Da Messina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Eliseo Furman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ booed when Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Enzo Abad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pegoraro Da Messina was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
