Boris Awage kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boris Awage got free with Stergios Samartzis in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Kostas Zisopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kolopetinitsa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frenchville Sports Club the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Kolopetinitsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Zisopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Boris Awage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stergios Samartzis having to interfere. The Frenchville Sports Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
