Evaristo Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Golden Dragón F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zhang Yu Zhou in the 8th minute. Golden Dragón F.C's Zhang Yu Zhou was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evaristo Velasco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Evaristo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selim Mićić in the 16th minute of play. Apolo Romero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Papo Folgueras having to make a save. Apolo Romero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Papo Folgueras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Soner Turking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soner Turking's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Zhang Yu Zhou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Zhang Yu Zhou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Velasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Papo Folgueras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apolo Romero in the 30th minute. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soner Turking in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Golden Dragón F.C's Soner Turking nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evaristo Velasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Romero got free with Papo Folgueras in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Romero. After having played for 41 minutes, Soner Turking managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soner Turking was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Apolo Romero to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Soner Turking came free, but Evaristo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Romero in the 56th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Papo Folgueras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's Soner Turking sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Velasco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Golden Dragón F.C's Camerino Luey was substituted for Selim Mićić. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Xamo Melic replaced Zhang Yu Zhou. Golden Dragón F.C's Ceyhan Celvet was substituted for Soner Turking. Papo Folgueras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
