Scorpions -MM-'s Saltuk Erva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 6th minute of play. Scorpions -MM- were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after MIT Craiova's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gelu Roșeanu took the corner. Scorpions -MM-'s Drew Zaelani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Calistrat Madgearu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 18th minute, Gelu Roșeanu made a precise shot to the right of Calistrat Madgearu. MIT Craiova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Numan Tanuğur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiberiu Caramarin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Saltuk Erva made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Numan Tanuğur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 31st minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Saltuk Erva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saltuk Erva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT Craiova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Though ot was a great shot MIT Craiova's keeper Calistrat Madgearu was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Numan Tanuğur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Numan Tanuğur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calistrat Madgearu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Scorpions -MM-'s Saltuk Erva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Saltuk Erva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute Dorin Banu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saltuk Erva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scorpions -MM- made a substitution. MIT Craiova's Calistrat Madgearu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save MIT Craiova from getting a goal against them.
