After 20 minutes, Gervásio Severiano made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of SSC Ambrosini booed when VB-Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juhan Kersna to maneuver through the defense. VB-Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Hafız Öztekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Glanselius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristian Wiberg hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. VB-Team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
