Despite this Cristinel Zdrobiş quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14th minute of the match, Sergiu Golescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vincente Monzon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 18 minutes, Roque Santa Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Made in Paraguay and the Scorpions -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when Made in Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Santa Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Made in Paraguay's goalkeeper Vincente Monzon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergiu Golescu. 20 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Roque Santa Cruz came free, but Cristinel Zdrobiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Oruña came free, but Cristinel Zdrobiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincente Monzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Tinu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Made in Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Sendoa Najera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristinel Zdrobiş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 minutes of play, Made in Paraguay's Sendoa Najera made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristinel Zdrobiş was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Sendoa Najera came free, but Cristinel Zdrobiş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Made in Paraguay made a substitution. Joseba Font replaced Ramone Betancur. After a rather tough play, Made in Paraguay's Ramone Betancur got a free kick in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergiu Golescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sendoa Najera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Zdrobiş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Sendoa Najera scored 2-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristinel Zdrobiş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sendoa Najera. Scorpions -MM-'s Cristinel Zdrobiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sendoa Najera in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Sergiu Golescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Monzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Made in Paraguay booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Giuverdea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Giuverdea to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Made in Paraguay's Paulin Buelva tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristinel Zdrobiş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loramendi Moldes in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Made in Paraguay's Loramendi Moldes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. After having played for 83 minutes, Loramendi Moldes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Made in Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loramendi Moldes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vincente Monzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Tinu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mariano Oruña fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Made in Paraguay's protests and gave Mariano Oruña a yellow card for diving instead. Vincente Monzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Golescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Mihuț hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Loramendi Moldes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Zdrobiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Monzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Golescu in the 96th minute of the match. When Loramendi Moldes came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Made in Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loramendi Moldes couldn't finish the play. Made in Paraguay were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
