After 20 minutes El Millo de Haedo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zdzislaw Pusiak who took care of the corner kick. Fernando Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Niewiadomski in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Alejo Urtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Tomaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Laba in the 26th minute of play. Fernando Ruisko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boruc Niewiadomski in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Francisco Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Tomaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Zdzislaw Pusiak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernando Ruisko. The goal made the score 2-1. The El Millo de Haedo fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when El Millo de Haedo's Alejo Urtun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 44th minute, Francisco Ralondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wladyslaw Tomaka was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Fernando Ruisko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

After 50 minutes, Alejo Urtun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Millo de Haedo and the Czarni Kozłowa Góra players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alejo Urtun hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Zdzislaw Pusiak got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Brzeszczak in the 53rd minute of play. Virgilio Eron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Wladyslaw Tomaka made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Laba in the 81st minute of play forced El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Fernando Ruisko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 83 in the game by Virgilio Eron from a close distance when the talented Wladyslaw Tomaka managed to make a qualified save. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's players were relieved. Fernando Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Niewiadomski in the 90th minute of play. Fernando Ruisko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boruc Niewiadomski's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Wladyslaw Tomaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Ralondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Czarni Kozłowa Góra supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching El Millo de Haedo's performance. The match ended with a win for El Millo de Haedo.
