Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Inter Miami CF's Blas Urtungo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4thth minute of the game Blas Urtungo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Conakry FC's Mervin Frost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Inter Miami CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carolo Karmel in the 7th minute. After taking down the ball on Inter Miami CF's corner Carolo Karmel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mervin Frost quite easily take care of the ball. Blas Urtungo scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mervin Frost, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Inter Miami CF's Blas Urtungo in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Johnson in the 31st minute of play forced Conakry FC's goalkeeper Mervin Frost to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Jarvis Sneed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarvis Sneed was the one to do the kick off. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mervin Frost, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 68 minutes into the game, Inter Miami CF's Blas Urtungo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mervin Frost made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. With a little luck, Conakry FC's Mervin Frost got control of the ball when Blas Urtungo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedicto Maiorga made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Conakry FC's Davis Carnes. After 87 minutes, Andy Johnson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter Miami CF and the Conakry FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Blas Urtungo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Inter Miami CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Urtungo couldn't finish the play. Jefferson Colbert charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jefferson Colbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Conakry FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jefferson Colbert hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Blas Urtungo took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Mervin Frost to make any attempt to save it. The Conakry FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Inter Miami CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
