Faustino Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gustaw Bronicki sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Azulgranas AFC's Angel Matthew to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomasz Balonek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 27th minute, Lorenzo Pirro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomasz Balonek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Azulgranas AFC's Tomás Frasco got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33 minutes of play Azulgranas AFC's Tomás Frasco was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tomás Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Ladislao Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Pirro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladislao Cutberto was the one to do the kick off. Faustino Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaw Bronicki's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 55th match minute, FC GIDLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Starogardzki to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Bronicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Azulgranas AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
