Iosif Doicaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Damian Transito made a huge save. Nechifor Curuțiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manos Tsakalidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Big Babousa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manos Tsakalidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Iustinian Pistol fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rasnita's protests and gave Iustinian Pistol a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Big Babousa got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Llorienzo. Damian Transito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iosif Doicaru went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iosif Doicaru to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Ifrim in the 58th minute of play forced Big Babousa's goalkeeper Damian Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th match minute, Rasnita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gelu Filip to maneuver through the defense. Nechifor Curuțiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Evis in the 60th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Ciriaco Evis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nechifor Curuțiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Padro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nechifor Curuțiu was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the game, Alberto Eleder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Big Babousa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rasnita the free kick. Alberto Eleder hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match.
