Spectators: 7655 (Terracing: 5743, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kevin Newman got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Kevin Newman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Mellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes, Raymond Heersprink mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Ontembare Leeuwen and the Sundens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when De Ontembare Leeuwen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymond Heersprink didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes, Sundens BK's Lukas Aspengren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Norberto Renteria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sundens BK reached it. Jorn Spannenburg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kevin Newman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Axel Mellberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Axel Mellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Skjold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davide Lucchetti kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Sundens BK's Ludwig Björk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norberto Renteria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 34th match minute, De Ontembare Leeuwen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Chabanenko to maneuver through the defense. Axel Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Newman in the 36th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, 顾朋国 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sundens BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but 顾朋国 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fernando Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute Bruno Lacorte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Renteria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ludwig Björk was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Axel Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorn Spannenburg in the 58th minute of the match. De Ontembare Leeuwen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Richard Ek scored to the left of an out of position Norberto Renteria, making the score, 0-2.
